Medical Insurance:

All daily and W2 hourly employees are eligible for InLogic’s Medical Insurance plan. All daily and W2 hourly employees are responsible for full cost of participating on the Medical Plan including any upgrades on the plan. Upgrades include the option of adding a spouse and/or children to the plan and/or upgrade to another offered plan. The employee is given tax savings since all the medical premiums are paid using pre-tax dollars. Medical coverage begins on the date of hire.

Dental Insurance:

Group Dental Insurance is made available to daily and W2 hourly employees. Employees should pay for any costs associated with the dental insurance plan. The employee is given tax savings since all the dental premiums are paid using pre-tax dollars. Dental coverage begins on the date of hire.

401K Plan:

InLogic encourages employees to get themselves ready for retirement with our 401 K plan. All W2 employees are eligible to join the plan after one year of service.

Transit Card Program:

InLogic offers W2 employees the opportunity to save money by enrolling in our commuter benefits program. InLogic offers TransitChek Program which is an IRS-approved commuter benefits program. This program lets employees save money on their commute by transit with tax-free dollars. With TransitChek, employees can put aside up to $125 per month for transit. This adds up to $1,500 per annum of tax-free income.

Section 125 Benefits:

InLogic allows employees to save on taxes by deducting medical and dental insurance premiums using pre-tax dollars.
